Shipping Policy for Virgein Apparels

Thank you for shopping at Virgein Apparels ([www.virgein.com) (the “Site”). We aim to provide a smooth and efficient shipping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipping of your orders.

Return policy :

we have 4 days return policy and any items should be initiated in this time period.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within India.  

2. Order Processing Time

  • We strive to process all orders within 1 to 3  business days.
  • Order processing time may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods. You will be notified of any significant delays.

3. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We use the following shipping carriers to deliver your orders:

  • Delhivery, Blue Dart, FedEx, Speed Post, etc..

  • We offer the following shipping methods:

    • Standard Shipping (5-9 business days), Express Shipping (2-5 business days), 
  • COD option is applicable through legitimate payment for example UPI or Cash .Please check carrier COD policy . COD is based on carrier terms and condition .

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on  weight of the package, shipping destination, chosen shipping method, etc.
  • The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
  • Virgein offer free shipping for the order above 1500 rupees only and this subject to change on market demand or shipping condition ,

5. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout and are subject to change based on the shipping carrier and your location.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or logistical issues .
  • Most orders are delivered within 5-9 business days.

6. Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to track the status of your shipment.   

7. Delivery Issues

  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If the shipping carrier is unable to deliver your package after 2 attempts, it may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange for reshipment or a refund.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a refund.   
  • Delivery Address: Please ensure you provide the correct and complete shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.   
  • Please ensure you provide the correct and legitimate address .Virgein is not responsible for unauthorized address or fake address . Virgein is not responsible for address provide by the customer . Order may get cancelled and no refund for unauthorized or fake address .
