we have 5-day return policy , which means you have 5 days after receiving your items to request a return.
We accept returns and offer refunds for the following reasons:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within day of receiving the item.
- Incorrect Product: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within a day of receiving the item.
- Size or Fit Issues: If the product you ordered doesn’t fit properly, you may be eligible for a return or exchange, subject to availability. Please refer to our Size Chart before placing your order.
- Change of Mind (Subject to conditions): We may accept returns for a change of mind with in a day of receiving the item, provided the product is in its original condition, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Refundable Items

- Intimate Apparel (due to hygiene reasons):
- Custom-made or personalized items:
- Items that have been used, worn, altered, or washed:
3. Return Process
To initiate a return within 5 working days and please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Contact our customer service team at contact@virgein.com within the eligible return timeframe, explaining the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
- Packaging: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, if available, or in a suitable box to prevent damage during transit. Include all original tags, accessories, and any other items that were included in the package.
- Shipping: Ship the item back to us at the address provided in the return instructions. Virgein is responsible for return shipping costs (only if our return condition are met ). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us.
- Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
4. Refund Process
- Approval: If the returned item is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- Refund Method: The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase with in 7-10 business days
- Refund Timeframe: The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment processor.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will process a refund.

6. Shipping Costs
- Customer is responsible for the original shipping costs
- Virgein is responsible for return shipping costs only if refund policy conditions are met .
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, as appropriate. We will also cover the return shipping costs in these cases.
- No cancellation charge only if item(s) not shipped and if items are shipped Virgein will take upto 30% from order cost as cancellation charges .
